Desktop Infrastructure Support (Windows O/ S NT4-2003, Active Directory, Exchange Server) – Kensington, London.
My client a leading vendor of software for the financial services industry requires a Desktop Infrastructure Support Analyst to join their expanding team.
You will be responsible for all the support of desktop PC's, laptops, Blackberry's, hardware and application servers, asset management of all the hardware and software and telephony system support.
The ideal candidate will have experience of Microsoft Administration, Windows 2000/ 2003/ NT operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange 5.5/ 2003, managing data recovery and anti virus procedures, IIS and Telephony Systems (call centre driven) support. It is essential that you have either a MCP/ MCSE certificate and experience with supporting a medium sized infrastructure. Any experience of Linux and Unix would be a distinct advantage, as would experience within Financial Services.
